The Address is:

1300 Regency Way (Kings Run Condominium Complex)

Unit #53

Directions to the Unit are as follows:

80 East exit Hwy 267 towards Lake Tahoe

Make a right onto National Avenue (Approximately 6 miles past Northstar)

Make a right into the Kings Run Condominium Complex: Regency Way

Park in the parking lot.

Go down the stairs to Building 1

Enter building and go up the stairs and walk down the hallway and then go downstairs and go through main hallway doors. Unit is on your right.. #53.

There is a doormat that says.."Wipe Your Paws".
The lockbox is to the upper right of the door.

To open it, simply punch in code once and pull down on lever to open.

We recommend that you leave the key in the lock box and locking it back up when leaving.. that way you know where the key is at all times.
