$250 Deposit: We will keep your credit card on hold for 30 days after your stay. If any charges are made, association fees or damage, we will deduct it from your deposit.

Arrival time is 3:00PM and Departure time is 10:00AM. There is no early arrivals or late departures.
If there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by us. If the house is booked directly after your stay, the departure time is very important, because we need the time to prepare the condo for our new guests.
